Disclosure and Notes

Volatility of Content

Pages can be edited by all users. If you publish a code listing of a script, it can be changed by anybody else. If you want to be sure your code will remain the same as you intended, it is advisable to publish such a script only on your personal userpage (UserPage<yournick>), which cannot be changed by others. Anyway the community will take care of any wiki page content change just as opensource developers do wink.

Security and Attached Content

It is possible to attach files to a wiki page. Only registered users can upload images and attach files to a wiki page. When you download an attachment/script, never execute it as root and without knowing what it could or should do (nobody here is responsible for any data loss that may occur), extract the tarball, take a look at it, read README or INSTALL instructions, who wrote it, at the comments, how long has it been there, etc..

You agree that it can be changed and redistributed by others. Don't publish material copyrighted by someone else without permission.
